- We do a site assessment while uncovering your needs and wants
- Evaluate the property to determine if a landscape plan is needed
- Put together plan of action
- Design Plan ($100-$500 standard pricing)
- After the initial meeting we will be able to determine how to design. Sometimes the design can be done onsite with no formal plan on paper. Other times, it is necessary to have a landscape plan. View example landscape plan.
- The landscape plan helps with the planning and pricing step of the process.
- The Design plan is a guide for the entire project. The plan will include layout, plant selections, hard surface selections, and any other aspect of the project.
- Design and Pricing Presentation (Free of Charge)
- We will present you with the design and plan and all associated costs.
- All costs will be “line items” so that you can pick and choose how you want to approach the job.
